I actually researched consultants prior to my consultation and of all I read about, he was the one I chose as he clearly very experienced. This instilled me with confidence. On first meeting him, it was clear to me that I had made the right choice. The surgery (3 days ago as I write this) was carried out in a quiet, relaxed part of the hospital. The theatre staff and consultant were all very professional as were the admissions team. My consultant was very happy with the way the procedure went and praised me as his patient for I believe handling the procedure well.
